Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is an Icelandic CrossFit professional athlete. She is the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie was the first female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. In 2010, she placed in second place. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and a famous media personality. The woman was the first winner at an award at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. In 2013 as well as 2017, she was the winner of her first Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born in and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. At a young age Annie was an avid athlete and loved training. She was awarded numerous medals in competitions for school. In 2009, she participated in her first CrossFit event in California. The performance of her was excellent in the games. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years old (as in 2021). Her height is 5'7" and her weight is around the 67-kg mark. Annie began her CrossFit journey in 2009 in California. Annie was able to do admirably in her first competitions. Annie was ranked among top 10 of over 70. Although she didn't claim any trophy and she finished the competition in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed in seconds place and won the silver medal same year. In the following year she took part in her second CrossFit games and because of her dominating performance she won the contest and became the first woman to win CrossFit Games. Annie has been the first female to have won consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to an exceptional performance. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. Also, in 2021 she won the bronze medal. Presently, Annie runs and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. In the last few years, as a well-known athlete, Annie is a model for a number of brands in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance the Nuun Hydration Periodization Sidekick and a host of others.
